President

Conner Moyer has created winners on and off the field for over 10 years and has high-level positions in Sales, Management, Operations, and Coaching roles across multiple industries. With a passion rooted in the development of others and has contributed to the success of nearly a thousand Salespeople, Managers, and Athletes during his career.

Eugene Loveless

SGM (r) Eugene Loveless is a retired Sergeant Major and Executive Leadership Coach. During his 30 years in the Army, SGM Loveless was recognized at the highest levels for his leadership and was awarded the prestigious Sergeant Audie Murphy Award. He was also the lone recipient from his branch of the Major General Aubrey "Red" Newman Award. He currently coaches Track to give back after a successful career of leadership.

Conner Moyer | President, SMRT Solutions Group

SMRT Solutions Group was founded using athletic competition as a platform to teach Sales reps and Managers how to win. After starting his journey as a Collegiate level athlete at The University of Memphis, Conner went on to serve as a successful high-school coach for 7 years across multiple sports, translating the lessons from the game into the lives of his athletes. In the corporate world, he has extensive experience and a winning record in the functions of management, sales, and operations.

With so much carryover from the athletic world, he set out to ensure that there is a training solution in the business world for leaders who understand the difference between playing the game and winning.


"Winning doesn't just happen. It's not just a result of hard work and it's not random. You don't "deserve" to win. It's an acquirable skill and those who study it reap the benefits of all it offers.
